Editorial Office was founded within the body of General Secretariat with the decision numbered 08-43 taken at the meeting of the University Senate dated 12/10/2018 and numbered 08.
Editorial Office is responsible for:
the internal and external correspondence transferred by the Rector, Vice Rectors, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General,
the external correspondence except the relevant directorates of the Faculties, Graduate Schools, Vocational Schools,
the registration of incoming and outgoing documents to / from our university,
the delivery of incoming and outgoing documents to the relevant units as soon as possible,
ensuring that documents are sent by Registered Electronic Mail (REM) system,
creating correspondence and corporate identity codes of the units of our university,
writing, distributing, and keeping the decisions of the University Senate and the University Administrative Board,
managing the coordination of correspondence among university staff and ensuring that duties and correspondence are fulfilled in accordance with the legislation on time,
guaranteeing the uniformity by ensuring the compliance with the rules in correspondence,
ensuring that correspondence in the University is carried out in accordance with the legislation in force,
performing other duties assigned by the Rector, Vice Rectors, Secretary General.
