The results of the Turkey University Satisfaction Survey (TÜMA-2021), conducted by the University Research Laboratory (ÜniAr), have been announced. Accordingly, Konya Technical University (KTÜN) was ranked 18th among 198 universities in the general satisfaction ranking of universities and 7th among 125 universities in the state university satisfaction ranking.
Within the scope of the TÜMA-2021 study, usable data were collected from 42 thousand 353 students studying at 198 universities, including 125 state and 73 foundations. In this context, students were asked to evaluate universities in the distance education process in the survey. Answers were sought to the following questions: Are the universities addressed to students in the study able to satisfy their students in terms of learning experiences in the distance education process? Does it have a quality, accessible and useful distance education and digital learning infrastructure? Is it able to meet the demands of the students quickly and satisfactorily in terms of the management and operation of the institution? Do distance learning environments have a rich variety of opportunities and resources and are they sufficient? Can it support students' personal development and future careers?
According to the data revealed, Konya Technical University maintained its stable stance, ranking 18th among 198 universities in the general satisfaction ranking of students and 7th among 125 universities in the state university satisfaction ranking.
