The Board of Directors of the Career Center at Konya Technical University met on February 7, 2025, under the chairmanship of Career Center Director Lecturer Dr. Resul Çelik. During the meeting, which was attended by the members of the Board of Directors, the selection of Career Center advisors and their responsibilities, as well as the approval of the advisor interview form, were discussed. In addition, the organization of a training program titled “Effective Communication and Presentation Techniques” was discussed.
Pursuant to the decision adopted at the end of the Central Executive Board meeting, Prof. Dr. Murat Oral, Lecturer Dr. Resul Çelik, Research Assistant Dr. Muhammet Mevlüt Akmaz, Lecturer Merve Gül Koçakoğlu, and Lecturer Zeynep Önder, all faculty members of our university, were appointed as Career Advisors at the Career Center. During the meeting, the duties of the career counselors were also defined, and the counselor interview form was approved. As part of the training program, it was unanimously decided that a program titled “Training on Effective Communication and Presentation Techniques,” led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçeklioğlu from the Department of Recreation Management at Mersin University’s Faculty of Tourism, would be organized at our university on February 27, 2025, under the coordination of the Career Center. During the meeting, suggestions and requests regarding projects planned for 2025 were heard, and a mutual exchange of ideas took place.
