WARNING 1: You can obtain your insured employment entry declaration via e-Government (e-Devlet) under Social Security Institution (SGK) – 4A Employment Entry and Exit Declaration.

WARNING 2: If the student will receive payment from the workplace during the internship and the workplace requests to benefit from unemployment fund contributions, the KTUN Strategy Department must apply to the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences with the payment order document and the documents listed below, so that this request can be met after the internship ends.

1. Request letter from the relevant company to the dean's office
2. Document showing the fees paid to the students (bank statement)
3. Student and Employer Information Form for Unemployment Fund Contribution to Internship Fees
