HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

To receive ‘Psychological Counselling Services’, you must first book an appointment. Following your application, you will be contacted and an appointment will be arranged. During busy periods, the appointment process may take 2–6 weeks. Indicating as many available dates and times as possible in the section at the end of the form where you are asked for your preferred days and times will help speed up the appointment process. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
In order to book an appointment for Psychological Counseling Services, you should download and send the following documents:
These documents must be sent as e-mail attachments to pdr@ktun.edu.tr. In your e-mail requesting an appointment, if you give your explicit consent, you must also include the following statement: “I have read the information text. I give my explicit consent to the matters stated in the consent form.” If you do not give your consent, the documents must be submitted in person.
After your appointment is scheduled, when you come to the meeting, you must bring signed hard copies (wet signature) of the information and consent forms included in the application package and submit them to the Psychological Counselor.

 

WHO CAN BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

All students enrolled at Konya Technical University are eligible to access psychological counselling services. This service is provided free of charge at our university.
