KTUN Among Universities That Made Most Applications to TEKNOFEST20

The quantitative data for the universities and students who apply to Turkey's first and only Aviation, Space and Technology Festival (TEKNOFEST) have been announced. Konya Technical University (KTUN) ranked 8th among 175 universities with 269 student applications.

Supported by The Ministry of Industry and Technology, Turkey Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and by organizations that play a critical role in Turkey’ national technology development,  TEKNOFEST (Aviation, Space and Technology Festival) will be held on this year from 22 to 27 September 2020.

 In the written statement made on the official website of TEKNOFEST, it was stated that 11 thousand 898 university students from 175 different universities applied to the technology competitions to be held in Gaziantep. In the statement, it was noted that Konya Technical University ranked 8th with 269 student applications. Leaving behind Turkey's leading universities such as  Middle East Technical University,  Gazi University, Uludag University, Karadeniz Technical University, and mainly Istanbul University,  Konya Technical University, according to the application data, will compete in 12 categories with 30 teams and individual participation of 269 students with their projects in TEKNOFEST 2020.
