Konya Technical University (KTÜN) convened with the professors and students of the Environmental Technology Program of Terengganu University located in Malaysia, to create an international research network, to develop scientific activities through joint efforts, to conduct research and publication-oriented studies.
Asst. Prof Dr. Noor Zaitun Yahaya and the accompanying team, whom Konya Technical University Department of Environmental Engineering Faculty Member Prof. Şükrü Dursun and R.A. Dr. Zeynep Cansu Yahaya hosted, discussed possible cooperation and joint work. Future activities such as joint scientific studies, organizing joint seminars between KTÜN and Terengganu University, as well as things to be done in cooperation with the Malaysian Clean Air Community Forum were discussed.
The meeting was also attended by the Faculty Members of the Department of Environmental Engineering of Konya Technical University and the International Relations Coordinator. After the meeting, representatives of the two Universities visited the laboratories located at KTÜN. Following the visit, the delegation of Terengganu University, which had the opportunity to visit Konya, expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and expressed excitement about their possible cooperation.
